Refunds: how to request one and what's covered

Introduction

We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may approve them at our discretion. Please also review the refunds section in our Terms and Conditions.

What qualifies for a refund

We offer refunds within 7 days of the original purchase or renewal only if the subscription has not been used.

A subscription is considered used if any video or assets has been generated or downloaded, during the current billing period. Used subscriptions are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. You’re free to cancel anytime, and the subscription will stay active until the end of the billing cycle.


How to submit a request

Complete this form, and our team will review your request promptly. If approved, the refund is processed straight away and should show up in your account within 5–10 business days.

Subscribed through the Apple App Store?

Apple handles billing for iOS purchases directly, so any refund request needs to go through them rather than us.
