With invideo AI, you can add your product link, a short description, and upload your brand/product images.
It pulls key details directly from the site you provide and uses that data to clone your product, giving the AI a clear reference when generating your video. It’s a faster, smarter way to create accurate, on-brand content without starting from scratch.
The best way to add your product or brand link is as follows:
Step 1: In the prompt box, select the AI Twins option.
You'll see a section labelled "Brands & Products." Click on "create brands & products."
Step 2: A window will appear where you can paste your product link or type a description. You also have the option to upload relevant images.
Step 3: Click the "create" button once done, and you'll see AI begin processing the information you provided.
Step 4: Once processing is complete, click the three dots next to your newly added product/brand and select "view details."
This will show you all the information fetched from the product link shared.
💡 Note:
Invideo sends a standard request to fetch product details from websites, but results may vary depending on how the site is built. Certain structures, tags, ads, or restrictions can interfere with the process. Here are a few common scenarios:
Some media is missing – You can manually upload any missing images.
Irrelevant content is fetched – Manually select the correct media and tweak the script if needed.
No content is fetched – If nothing comes through, you’ll need to add the product details manually.

If you'd like to change the product name, you can do so under the "name" option.
