To clone your voice, follow the steps below:
Step 1: In the prompt box, click on "AI Twins"
Then click on the "Clone just your voice" option.
Step 2: Upload a voice file (formats supported: .mp3, .wav, .m4a, or .mp4) or click "Record yourself" to do it right within the tool.
Step 3: If you're recording directly, choose your script language, then hit "Start recording". Once you’ve read through the script, click "End recording".
Step 4: After your voice has been analysed, click "Record consent"
A short sentence will pop up, and you'll need to read it on camera:
"My name is [your name], and I give invideo AI the permission to use my footage to create an avatar in my workspace."
💡 Note:
If English isn’t your native language, you can use a separate translation tool to read the text.
However, the consent code must be read in English.
You will see confirmation that your recording and consent have been successfully verified. Click the "Proceed" button to continue.
Step 4: When your voice is ready, you’ll get a chance to preview your voice. Happy with how it sounds? Click "Finalize" > "Done". Want to try again? Just hit "Reroll Take".
Your cloned voice will now be available under "Avatar clones", ready to use in your videos!
