Introduction
All plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page. If you've already had a look and still aren't sure which plan fits your needs, the breakdown below will help you figure it out.
One thing worth knowing upfront, you're never locked in. You can switch plans at any point during your billing cycle. Upgrades are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of the period.
How credits work
Credits are invideo's currency for creating content. They're used when you create videos, run generative models, and access AI features. Downloading or exporting content doesn't use credits.
Every time you create a video, you'll choose a generation quality - Basic, Pro, or Ultra. The option you pick determines how many credits are used. For a full breakdown of what each model does and how they differ, see -> Basic, Pro, and Ultra: Choosing your generation quality
β
Using AI twins (Human or virtual pro actors):
Adding a Human or Pro actor from our library costs an additional 20 credits per minute on top of whichever model you've selected.
π Note:
Generative models under Agents & models are priced based on the provider's list price.
Different models cost different amounts. A quick Kling 2.6 Standard video might cost 0.5 credits, while a Veo 3.1 4K video with audio can cost 10+ credits.
Video models are priced per second. Total cost = credits/sec Γ video duration. Resolution, video input, and audio generation affect the rate.
Using Agent One?
Credits work a little differently when creating with Agent One. Charges depend on the models running in the background and the complexity of each generation. For a full breakdown, see How credits are charged in Agent One.
What your credits actually get you
Now that you know how credits are charged, here's what that looks like in practice across each plan, so you can figure out what fits your workflow before committing.
Let's say you're on the Generative plan, which gives you 1,000 credits a month. You want to create a 1-minute video and you pick Ultra - invideo's most realistic AI generation. That one video costs 160 credits, leaving you with 840 credits. At that rate, your 1,000 credits would cover 6 full 1-minute Ultra videos per month.
Switch to Pro for that same 1-minute video and it costs 80 credits instead -> meaning the same 1,000 credits gets you 12 videos a month.
Choose Basic -> which works great for stock-based content, and a 1-minute video costs just 2 credits, giving you 500 videos from that same monthly allowance. These numbers are based on 1-minute videos. Shorter videos cost fewer credits.
π‘ Heads up:
If Pro or Ultra generation is central to your workflow, the Generative plan is where the numbers start to work in your favour. On Plus and Max, credits move quickly when using Pro or Ultra, these plans work best when Basic covers the bulk of your content, with Pro or Ultra reserved for specific scenes or high-value moments.
How to get more credits
If you run out of credits before your renewal date, you have two options -> purchase a credit add-on for a one-time top-up that doesn't affect your plan or billing cycle, or upgrade your plan for a larger monthly allocation going forward.
When credits reset
Credits reset monthly on your renewal date. Unused credits don't roll over, anything left at the end of your cycle is forfeited, so it's worth planning your usage around your renewal date! You can check your current balance and renewal date anytime under your profile β Subscription.
