Introducing invideo Editor

invideo Editor is a proper video editor that lives in your browser, the kind of timeline you'd expect from Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with one big difference. You don't have to do the heavy lifting yourself.

Just talk to the agent from the left-hand panel. Tell it what you want, "cut this down to 60 seconds," "clean up the silences," "match the colour on these two shots", and it works directly on your timeline. Every change shows up as real clips and cuts you can grab, reshape, or undo. Nothing is locked. The edit always stays yours.

What makes this timeline different

It actually understands your footage, what's in each shot, who's talking, how the whole thing is structured. So when you ask the agent to make a change, it makes a smart one, not a blind one.

You can hand it as much or as little as you like. Let the agent build the whole cut, or roll up your sleeves and edit frame by frame yourself. Both happen on the same timeline.

And you're never editing alone if you don't want to be. Bring your team into the same project and work together, live, not passing files back and forth, actually cutting side by side.

For hands-on editing

Everything a serious editor expects is here, multitrack timeline, keyframes, colour grading, a full audio mixer, effects and transitions. Generate new shots, voiceovers, or music without leaving the project. And when you're done, export straight to MP4, or take the whole thing into Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve with your cuts intact.

How to open it

  1. On ai.invideo.io, select Timeline Editor below the prompt box and create a blank timeline

  2. Open Media and upload or drag in your footage

  3. Create an agent and tell it how you'd like your footage assembled into a base cut.

You can also open an existing project or bring in a Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve project to keep working on.
