Exporting your video, audio, or project

When your edit is ready, you can take it out of invideo Editor in whatever form the job needs, a finished video, audio only, a shareable review link, or an editable project for another editor.

The finished video

Export a standard H.264 MP4 straight from your browser. This is your ready-to-publish file for uploading anywhere.

Audio only

When the mix is the deliverable, export just the audio as WAV, AAC, or Opus, useful for podcasts, voiceovers, or handing sound off separately.

A still frame

Need a single frame as an image, for a thumbnail or a reference? Export a still directly from the timeline at the playhead position.

An editable project for another editor

You can take your whole edit, cuts and layers intact, into another professional editor:

  • Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro - export as an editable project

  • DaVinci Resolve - export via OpenTimelineIO

This lets you do the heavy lifting in invideo Editor and finish in whichever NLE your workflow relies on.

A review link

Instead of exporting a file, send a review link. Anyone can scrub through the finished cut in their browser and leave frame-accurate comments, no account or editor needed. The agent can then pick those notes up and make the changes on the timeline.
