In invideo Editor, you can ask an AI agent to find or generate sounds and arrange them around your video. The resulting sound layers remain editable, so you can refine them through conversation or make manual adjustments.
1. Start with your video
Open the timeline you want to work on. You can use your own footage or a video you have already edited.
2. Describe the result you want
Use the agent panel to explain the mood, the moments that need sound and anything you want preserved.
💡 Suggested example prompt:
'Add restrained sound design to this product video. Use soft clicks for the interface movements and a stronger impact when the logo appears. Keep the existing visual edit unchanged.'
3. Listen and review
Play the sequence and inspect the sounds added to the timeline. Check whether effects land at the intended moments and whether dialogue remains clear.
4. Ask for a specific change
Describe the sound and the adjustment you want:
“Make the clicks quieter and shorten the impact on the logo.”
You can also upload your own sound effects and direct the agent to use them.
5. Refine the mix manually
Select Audio and use the Audio Track Mixer to adjust track levels. Use solo to hear a track separately, then listen to everything together again.
