Use keyframes to define the framing at the start and end of a move. For a slow zoom, set the initial scale, then a larger scale later in the clip. For a pan, change position between the two keyframes.
The time between the keyframes controls how long the move takes. Preview the full move and adjust the framing so the subject stays where you want it. Use Bezier easing to change how the movement begins and settles. These are manual adjustments to the existing clip in invideo Editor.
