All our images and videos are royalty-free, which means we have paid for the license for our users to use those tracks.
But on rare occasions, YouTube's algorithm may wrongly flag the media and give you a content-id claim. Rest assured, you are cleared to use the music on InVideo, and these claims are being made in error. Please go ahead and dispute the copyright claim, and it should be taken off in a few days.
We would also recommend connecting your YouTube channel to your InVideo account so the channel is whitelisted and the chances of another copyright are greatly reduced.
Our Storyblocks End User Licence Agreement for InVideo users.
If you are unsure how to dispute the copyright claim received on your media sourced from InVideo itself, please speak to us by emailing us at support@invideo.io or via the chat button on the website and we will be happy to assist you with this.
