When selecting a plan on invideo, the billing cycle (monthly or annual) and the total amount charged are shown clearly on the checkout page before you confirm payment.
If you're unsure which you selected, check your email receipt or go to your Subscription page to see your current billing cycle.
Switching from yearly to monthly
You can switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan at any time from your Subscription page. However, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, not immediately. This means you'll continue on your annual plan until it expires, after which you'll be billed monthly going forward.
We don't have the option to switch from yearly to monthly mid-cycle.
How to make the switch
Go to your profile icon → Subscription
Select the plan you want to move to - for example, if you're on Generative Annual, select Generative Monthly
Confirm the change - it will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
What about a refund?
If you've just purchased an annual plan and haven't used any credits, you may be eligible for a refund within our standard 7-day refund window. Please see our refund policy for full eligibility details.
A note on the annual discount
Annual plans on invideo come with a discount compared to paying monthly. If you switch to monthly at the end of your cycle, you'll lose this discount and be billed at the standard monthly rate going forward. You can always switch back to annual at any time.
