Before you start editing, you'll want your footage, images, and audio inside the project. Here's how to get everything in and keep it organised.
Uploading your media
Open the Media panel in invideo Editor
Click upload, or simply drag and drop your files straight in
Your media appears in the panel, ready to drop onto the timeline
There's no limit on how much footage a project can hold, bring in everything from your shoot and work through it all in one place!
Creating folders to stay organised
For bigger projects, folders keep your media tidy. Create a folder in the Media panel and group your clips however it makes sense, by scene, by camera, by type.
This matters most for multicam work: upload each camera angle to its own folder, then tell the agent which camera has the best audio and ask it to sync. Every angle lands as a matched layer on your timeline.
Supported media
You can upload video, images, and audio files. You can also generate new media, shots, voiceovers, or music, from within the project using any of the 200+ available models, and it lands on your timeline as an editable clip alongside your own footage.
