Invideo Remote Agents lets you work on an invideo timeline from an AI agent you already use. Your agent can edit clips, colour correct footage, mix audio, and generate images, video and audio. Changes appear live in invideo Editor, where you can review them and make your own adjustments.
Supported apps include Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code and Gemini CLI, alongside other compatible MCP clients. ChatGPT uses developer mode for this connection.
Open the invideo Remote Agents page.
Choose your AI app and copy its setup prompt.
Paste the prompt into your agent’s chat and send it. Follow the setup instructions it provides, including signing in to your invideo account when prompted.
Once connected, describe the video or edit you want. For example: “Trim the opening clip and add a title.”
Open the invideo Editor link your agent provides. Review the changes as they happen and adjust the timeline yourself whenever needed.
You and your agent work on the same editable timeline, so you can continue editing manually while the agent is connected.
